Our wedding day coordination services are designed to help you relax and enjoy your special day while we manage the logistical details. We will act as a professional guide, ensuring that the wedding runs smoothly and according to plan, so you can be stress-free and ready to party!

How it works

Pre-Event Consultation

 - We will schedule one or more meetings with you to discuss the wedding details, expectations, and specific requirements.

  - We will provide assistance with creating a detailed wedding day timeline, which includes the schedule for various events, such as the ceremony, reception, and any other activities.

Vendor Coordination

 - We will contact and confirm arrangements with all vendors involved in the wedding, including but not limited to florists, photographers, videographers, caterers, musicians, and transportation services.

  - Any necessary adjustments or changes will be communicated to vendors as needed.

Ceremony and Reception Set-up

- We will oversee the setup and decoration of the ceremony and reception spaces according to the agreed-upon plan.

  - This includes ensuring that seating arrangements, centerpieces, floral arrangements, lighting, and other décor elements are correctly placed.

Wedding Party Coordination

  - We will assist in coordinating the wedding party, ensuring that all members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

  - This may involve cueing bridesmaids, groomsmen, and other participants during the ceremony and reception. 

Timeline Management

  - On the wedding day, we will be responsible for adhering to the established timeline.

  - We will ensure that each event, such as the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner service, toasts, and dancing, takes place according to schedule.

Problem Solving

  - We will handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the wedding day.

  - This includes troubleshooting logistical challenges and making quick decisions to ensure the smooth flow of the event.

Guest Assistance

  - We will be available to answer guests' questions and assist with any special requests or accommodations.

  - We will provide directions and guidance as needed.

Venue and Vendor Liaison

  - We will serve as the point of contact for vendors and the venue staff, ensuring that everyone is informed and working together seamlessly.

Distribution of Final Payments

  - If agreed upon, we may assist in distributing final payments or gratuities to vendors on your behalf.

Post Event Cleanup Oversight

   - After the wedding, we will ensure that all personal items and decorations are safely collected and returned to you or designated individuals.

  - We will confirm that the venue is left in the condition specified in the contract.

  - Full cleanup is depending on desired package and coordination schedule.
