We were so pleased with Alissa and Jeff! They stepped in a month before our wedding to take over for our previous coordinator. She had information and visuals prepared as soon as the next day! It really felt like we had invited a pair of old friends to help plan our wedding. Alissa coordinated our wedding down to the minute and left nothing to chance, then set up our venue to match my wife's dream, all the while making sure we did not deal with the ankle-biter issues, while Jeff was the ultimate "get everything" guy-- from last minute run to CVS to helping wipe own chairs following an unexpected rainstorm. Alissa and Jeff were so helpful with our big day. We met with them the week prior and felt like we had known them for a long time. Super personable and helpful. Very down to earth and calm throughout the entire day. They kept me calm! I had done a lot of planning, but I had been starting to feel stressed about managing vendors day of, timeline creation, set up.tear down, and being able to be fully present to really enjoy our big day after putting so much time and effort into it. where do I even START!!! Alissa & Jeff are the most kind and down to earth people I have ever met. They were apart of our 10.19.24 wedding and I couldn't have done it without both of them. they made the day so special and seamless!! Alissa helping me with timelines and executing everything, immaculately, setting up AND taking down all our decor with Jeff. We signed up for their day of services, a great support for a couple who planned a large majority but have some questions and need help the day of. We had a stressful last month due to the lack of communication with our venue; Alissa jumped in and reached out to them repeatedly, talked me through some thoughts and details to ensure I was as prepared as possible. They went the extra mile and were just everything I was hoping for. They anticipated needs, were organized and detailed, they were also just a ton of fun to be around. I would highly highly recommend a wedding planner/coordinator for your day and if Alpha and Omega are available I would 1000% urge you to enlist their services.

Two Words: POWER HOUSE!!! I got married back in May 2025 and as a younger non-traditional bride, I had so many questions and worries about things like getting down the aisle, vendor coordination, clean-up at the end of the night, etc. Alissa and Jeff knew my special day inside and out - some could even say better than I knew my own day that I planned! We went with one of the more basic packages since I really wanted to plan a lot of my wedding, and I would recommend this package to any bride who needs a little help on their extra day!! Alissa and Jeff went above and beyond by providing us with monthly check-in timelines to keep me on track, and we even got to meet with them a few times to run through the day (including having them at our rehearsal) and fill in any gaps so they could take it and run when the day got here. And let me tell you, they did just that. Once they arrived at the venue, they had lists of our vendors, family, friends, and bridal party, and made sure everyone was being communicated with and running smoothly. If anything went wrong, I never heard about it and was extremely stress-free on my wedding day thanks to them. About halfway into the reception Jeff and Alissa made sure to check up on us, grab us refills on beverages, help with remembering to drink water, and even set a plate of appetizers at our seats because they saw we were talking so much we didn't get to eat them! Just incredibly kind people overall. My close family talked a lot with Jeff and Alissa and all of the comments have been that they were incredibly kind, helpful, and "superstars". If you are a bride who needs a little additional help on your wedding day, I would recommend working with Alpha and Omega Coordination more than words can describe. Jeff and Alissa truly made my wedding day the most special day of my life, and I will NEVER forget them.

Alissa and Jeff made our day run so smoothly. I am pretty type A, so didn’t feel we needed a wedding planner but definitely wanted a day of coordinator so I could be fully present. This husband and wife duo made our timeline run seamlessly, and when we ran into a bit of a time crunch towards the end for photography coverage, Alissa provided two options for me to choose from which just made the day that much easier, so I wasn’t the one handling all of the decisions. Their white floral wall looked amazing as our photo booth backdrop, we received several compliments on this as well. Our venue and myself did majority of our set up prior to wedding day, but Alissa and Jeff put the finishing touches and coordinated our vendors day of and took care of so many things behind the scenes. Alissa made sure to check in monthly to keep us on track for all things wedding checklist as the months drew nearer to our special day. Highly recommend this duo as your day of coordinators.
