We share detailed information about our wedding day coordination services, including what's included, pricing, and available packages. We clarify our availability for your chosen wedding date.
4. Your Perfect Plan
We create a personalized proposal that outlines the services we discussed during our consultation. This proposal includes a transparent breakdown of costs and any optional add-ons or special requests.
5. Check it out!
We share the proposal with you and give you time to review it. We're open to negotiating terms or making adjustments based on your needs and budget.
6. Will you accept our proposal?
Once you accept our proposal, we provide a formal invoice and contract detailing the agreed-upon terms and conditions. We request an initial deposit to secure our services for your wedding date, and outline future payment schedule.
7. Signed, sealed, delivered! We're yours!
We ensure that both parties sign the contract. You receive a signed copy for your reference, and we keep a copy for our records. We use a streamlined portal system for your convenience.

We conduct a final walkthrough of your wedding venue with you to confirm setup details and logistics. Any last-minute adjustments or requests are addressed. We will also conduct ceremony rehearsal if desired.

Depending on desired package, after the wedding, we assist with post-event cleanup, return of personal items, and any final vendor payments or gratuities if agreed upon.

We collect any remaining fees from you, as specified in the contract. We send a follow-up message to express our gratitude and kindly ask for your feedback on our services. Your satisfaction matters to us.
