*OPTION 1) base fee of $240 + $3/mile (max $540 if 300 miles) OR
OPTION 2) $80 + cost of 2 nights stay in hotel

Venues 300-400 miles =
OPTION 1) $160 + cost of 2 nights stay in hotel
OPTION 2) Cost of 2 roundtrip flights
(whatever is cheaper of the two options)
Venues 400+ miles = Cost of 2 round trip flights + 1 night hotel stay

Payment Policies
Payment plan:Payments are divided by 3-4 even payments of the total amount owed, typically decided by A+O unless clients have a preference
Retainer fee:Retainer fee is just the first payment in the payment plan of the total amount owed for services.
Saving the date: Signing of contract and retainer fee are both necessary for officially reserving day of coordination services for your date. Dates will be first come, first serve.

Grace Period:Couples have grace period of 3 days before late fees kick in (does not apply to first or last payments)
Late fees:Payments not received after 3 days until 7 days will incur $25 fee. Payments not received 7-14 days will incur $50 fee, and an additional $25/week charge.
Final Payment Clause:If the final payment is not completed the day before contracted wedding date, unless approved by A+O for certain circumstances, the couple will forfeit day of coordination services provided by A+O without refund.
